The site has been levelled at the most favourable time in terms of geotechnical ground conditions and the weather.

As it rains a lot in Western Norway, the period from March to May/June is traditionally the time with the least precipitation, which has been very favourable in this project. The clay becomes like a liquid soup that is impossible to move and compress during heavy rainfall.
