Re-regulation of existing area plan. Water and sewerage framework plan, provisions and illustration models etc. Detailed design of HVAC and infrastructure linked to the building plan as a continuation of the rezoning. Framework application with associated documentation. Water and sewerage framework plan for zoning change, further extended to Technical Plans. Breeam report LE07 and LE08. The project was stopped politically when the design was completed and submitted at all planning levels. The zoning change was voted down.
Value for the customer
Parallel planning processes, in terms of zoning with extended impact assessment and technical plans, are intended to save the developer time and be able to obtain a commissioning permit (IG) more quickly, so the risk is on the developer if this cannot be approved in zoning before technical approval can be granted and before IG can be granted.
